After receiving your order, we wait for payment confirmation. Then we carefully pack your package for shipping and usually hand it over to our logistics provider within 48 hours.

As soon as your LH package is on its way to you, you will receive an email with a tracking number. By clicking on the tracking link, you can track the delivery status of your order on the logistics provider's website.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed on the checkout page. Delivery times are based on average estimates, and tracking information may occasionally be delayed. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

If you are still waiting for your package , but according to the tracking information it should have been delivered long ago:

Please first check via the tracking information whether the package may have been left with neighbors (opposite/next door) or at a collection point (e.g. parcel shop).
If it cannot be found there and the shipping status has not been updated for more than 5 days, please contact our customer service. We will immediately contact the logistics provider to investigate and ensure a smooth shopping experience for you.

( Note on the 5-day period: Logistics companies do not accept inquiries about shipments before this period has expired. In experience, transport usually resumes within the following days, even with short interruptions. )
