OUR STORY

It all started with a simple yet compelling idea:

While we discovered a fascinating world of creative press-on nails in Asia and North America, we found that in Germany, the selection was monotonous, and nail enthusiasts were still spending hours in expensive salons for overpriced nails.

That's when it became clear to us: It's time to bring these high-quality alternatives to Germany! So everyone here can express their individuality – with high-quality salon results that everyone can afford.

No more monotonous mass-produced goods! We believe that everyone deserves to celebrate their own style with unique, intricately designed nails – with small accents that bring a smile to their face every day.

That's how founder Li and co-founder Huan began their mission: to make high-quality press-on nails accessible to everyone. Their goal was a product that is not only practical and sustainable but also an expression of one's own personality.

Your individual application and habits are key! Actual durability varies based on three dimensions:

• Lifestyle: Frequent hand strain (e.g., typing, housework, chemical contact) can shorten durability.
• Nail Condition: Oily nail beds can reduce adhesion.
• Application Precision: Correct preparation (e.g., nail cleaning, sealing, etc.) is crucial.

For optimal durability:

• Avoid prolonged direct contact with water and
household chemicals.

• It is best to wear gloves during housework.

• Regularly care for your natural nails with nail oil.

• Preparation is everything: Thorough cleaning and gentle
preparation of your natural nails is essential.

Upon receipt of your order, we will await payment. We will then carefully pack your parcel for shipping and typically hand it over to our logistics service provider within 48 hours.

As soon as your LH parcel is on its way to you, you will receive an email with a tracking number. By clicking on the tracking link, you can track the delivery status of your order on the logistics service provider's website.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery time are displayed on the checkout page. Delivery times are based on average estimates, and tracking information may occasionally be updated with a delay. We ask for your understanding and a little extra patience.

If you are still waiting for your parcel, but tracking indicates it should have been delivered long ago:

Please first check via tracking whether the parcel may have been deposited with neighbors (across the street/next door) or at a collection point (e.g., parcel shop).
If it cannot be found there and the tracking status has not been updated for more than 5 days, please contact our customer service. We will immediately involve the logistics service provider in the investigation to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you.

(Note on the 5-day period: Logistics companies do not accept shipment inquiries before this period expires. Experience shows that transportation usually resumes within the following days, even after short interruptions.)

📦 Lost or Stolen Parcel
