Notes about your order
Upon receipt of your order, we will await payment. We will then carefully pack your parcel for shipping and typically hand it over to our logistics service provider within 48 hours.
As soon as your LH parcel is on its way to you, you will receive an email with a tracking number. By clicking on the tracking link, you can track the delivery status of your order on the logistics service provider's website.

If you are still waiting for your parcel, but tracking indicates it should have been delivered long ago:
Please first check via tracking whether the parcel may have been deposited with neighbors (across the street/next door) or at a collection point (e.g., parcel shop).
